Be sure to check this often as we will be adding/changing details as we iron them out.
Please keep in mind that while the KSCC staff prefers to work from an itinerary, sometimes things happen and we have to be flexible. This is a go-with-the-flow, laid-back, let's-all-have-fun weekend and we will need everyone's help to make this year's KSCC even better than before.
Itinerary for Thursday:
6:45pm--Cordy's Castle Private Paint Party at Viva Art in New Albany, Indiana. This activity has limited spot available and does require a separate fee to participate. To register, please visit: Cordy's Castle Paint Party! (getoccasion.com)
Itinerary for Friday:
10:00am--meet at Shannon's house for a trip to downtown Jeffersonville where we will visit some of the historic sites and attractions including the Big Four Bridge, Schimpff's Confectionary, and wherever else our wandering feet take us. We will plan on eating lunch at one of the many restaurants in the area.

5:00pm-6:00pm--Early bird vending
Granted time allows, we will try to have a short vending opportunity before the start of the Meet-n-Greet party. This will be at the hotel.
6:30pm--“Drive-in” at Cordy’s
This will be a meet-n-greet party but at Shannon's house. Remember the old drive in? The popcorn, the food….Come join Cordy and the KSCC team for an outdoor movie, grilled goodies, popcorn and an evening of fun.

7:00pm-After Party: Wine and Weaving
Join Gliding Possum Textiles and the Weaving Weasel for an adventure in a weaving technique that dates all the way back to the Viking and Medieval periods. A very simple tool, the Lucet, has been used to make cords, ropes and braids, historically used for clothing and other everyday necessities. Come learn how this simple craft can be used to create items for your fur-babies. Supplies provided.
This will be in the conference room at the hotel.
We've always practiced an open vending concept because the conference space was big enough to allow so. We have changed venue's this year so vending will be handled a little differently as there will be a separate vending area. But don't despair, we will have plenty of vending time so everyone can shop and still enjoy the other activities.
When we get closer to the event, we will lay out some more concrete vending times.
Toy Making/Sewing Area
The craft area will be open throughout the weekend except during the Conference and offsite activities.
-We will have sewing machines available, or you may bring your own.
-Toy making supplies and fabric will be provided, however, if you have some extra supplies you'd like to donate to the KSCC stash, we'd love to have them.
*We will start at 9am sharp on Saturday. Please arrive early enough to register and get seated prior to the start time to limit disruption and to make sure we have enough time for our speakers. We have a full day planned!*
**Door prizes will be drawn randomly throughout the day. Be sure to hang on to your registration tickets!**
